A while ago, sat quietly on a bench watched and listened as a chamber ochestra played. I could not help but appreciate the passion and the effort that the players had taken to play several pieces so harmoniously. The patience they had to be able to master the pieces they played was beyond measure.
And even though they played pieces that were composed decades ago, they were able to present them in an exquisite and original manner.
Ochestra players use instruments to communicate. To be able to do so effectively, they patiently master their skills and their instruments to a point where the absence of a vocal in a piece does not affect its beauty.
Fashion designers can learn a few virtues from orchestra players and in turn improve their skills.
To learn a skill is one thing, to master it is another thing.
What a delightful evening
